Alcatel One Touch 8HD has IPS LCD capacitive multitouch screen

Alcatel One Touch 8HD is a new 8-inch tablet which has IPS LCD capacitive multitouch screen with 1024 x 768 Pixels resolution display giving it a pixel density of 160ppi. It is a tablet phone running Android Jelly Bean 4.1. It has dual-core 1.6 GHz ARM Cortex A9 processor with 8GB of NAND flash memory and a micro-SD card for those that want more memory. 

It features 1GB RAM memory. The Tab 8 like most other tablets features two cameras; the front one is VGA which should be around 1.3mp like the webcams you see on laptops while the rear camera is 2mp with 1600 x 1200 pixels. There are just two other connections on the tablet – a 3.5mm headphone jack up top and a microUSB charger socket on the bottom.

It has connectivity is Wi-Fi, 802.11 b/g/n. The phone has Bluetooth and high end features of the phone MP3/AAC+/WAV/WMA player, Document viewer, media players, Predictive text input, Organizer etc. It has come with rechargeable Non-removable Li-Ion battery with stand by time is up to 125 hours and talk time is up to 4 hours.
