The Micromax A110
Canvas 2 features a 1 GHz Dual core Mediatek Processor, 512 MB of RAM and an
8MP camera with dual LED flash. It also has 3 GB + storage on the inside along
with a 5 inch FWVGA screen that offers visuals at 480 x 800 pixel resolution.
Micromax is back with its new smartphone, which
comes with dual
core and houses an 8
MP camera. The Micromax A110 comes with Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) OS
loaded in it. A 1 GHz dual core processor powers up the functions of this
handset. It is also dual SIM enabled.
The phone comes with multi-format music player,
video player and many other entertainment features. Users can access high speed
internet through 3G and Wi-Fi.
The Micromax A110 sports a 0.3 MP secondary camera
is also available for video calls. The phone is also a battery hog, and really
quickly runs out of juice if you are up there on the usage scale. The 2000 mAh
battery loaded in the phone supports talk time up to 5 hours and standby time
up to 180 hours. The phone offers memory expansion possibility up to 32 GB
through a microSD card.
Overall I find it a very good buy. It is better
than A100 and also better performance wise when compared with the Micromax A90,
though I still love the A90 display. Considering the price tag (hardly any
difference between the single core A100 and dual core A110, the A110 is
definitely a good buy.
