The Micromax Bolt A71 sports a 5-inch display
that features 262k colors and a resolution of 480 x 854 pixels. It runs Android
4.1.2 Jelly Bean and has been powered by 1GHz single core processor and 512MB
RAM.
Camera and storage
The
Bolt A71 packs a 2MP fixed focus main camera with LED flash and VGA front
camera for video calling. It comes with 512MB of inbuilt storage, which can be
expanded up to 32GB via micro SD card.
Connectivity and battery
On the
connectivity front, the Bolt A71 brings usual features like 3G, Wi-Fi,
Bluetooth, GPS etc. The device is backed by a 2,000mAh li-ion battery, which

Verdict
The
Micromax Bolt A71 is an affordable Android phablet which brings large display
to masses. Along with the great display, the phone also brings along 3G connectivity,
which is another plus at this price. The mediocre configuration and poor camera
are well justified by a low price tag.
