There has been plenty of talk lately about various upcoming Samsung
tablets and one of these is the Samsung
Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 T520. While going through the Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 T520 specifications,
it is clear that Samsung seems to position Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 (SM-T520) to
take on the arch rival Apple iPad Air.
Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 T520 sports a 10.1-inch full HD (2560x1600p) resolution screen and runs on the Android v4.4.2 KitKat OS, powered by the Samsung in-house built Exynos 5420 series 1.9GHz Octa-core processor paired with Mali-T628 graphics engine, 2GB RAM and 32GB inbuilt memory. Other features include 8.0-megapixel main camera and a 2.0-megapixel front camera.
The specs are rather high-end and justify the Pro tag in the tablet’s name, and are a stark departure from the middling specs on Samsung’s current Galaxy Tab series, which means we’re also looking at a much higher price tag. The Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 is expected to launch sometime in February, and we’re keeping our fingers crossed that it turns out to be one the AMOLED tablets that the Korean manufacturer is preparing to bring to market this year.
